Orders By The Courts in
the Divorce Case
There will be times when the court, to make sure that parties are protected, will give out an order while the divorce case is still pending. The following are some of the most common orders given by the court:
- The party having primary physical custody of any minor children
- A temporary visitation schedule for the non-custodial parent or parenting plan
- Support pendente lite or child support;
- Internet spousal support;
- The party to have sole possession of the conjugal home;
- To party to possess certain assets;
- The party to pay the bills and other obligations
