The Terms and Conditions Of E-2 Nonimmigrant Classification
The moment the U.S. government grants you an E-2 visa, you'll only add the activity you were given for once you have your classification. But, if you’re an E-2 employee, you'll also work for the treaty organization’s parent company. This or one among its subsidiaries provided that:
- The relationship between the organizations is formed;
- The nature of work is one of those listed by the government;
- The subsidiary work needs your executive, supervisory or crucial skills;
- The terms and conditions of your employment haven't been modified.
