Qualifications of A Manager Under Immigration Laws
Keep in mind that there is a degree of care observed to make sure that the job position, inside and outside of the U.S., is deemed as “executive” or “managerial.” To be more graphic, a manager, as provided by the immigration laws, is someone who:
- Handles and oversees the organization, or a department, subdivision, function, or component;
- Takes supervision and control over the work of other employees having supervisory capacity or managerial position;
- Has the power to hire and fire the persons under him, or those in the senior level within the organization
- Is empowered to make big company decisions concerning daily operations, activities or functions of the organization;
