The office is located at 2825 University Dr. Suite 300, Coral Springs, FL 33065. On the East side of University Drive in the Morgan Stanley Building.

What time is your office open?

Our office hours are from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

If I share my information and situation, will it all be kept confidential?

All information given to our attorneys is kept strictly confidential under Florida law.

What is the fee for a consultation?

We offer no cost consultations to our bankruptcy clients.  All other consultations are $275.

Legal services range depending on area of practice and the matter at hand.  All costs are discussed at the initial consultation.

Are there any special office hours?

Yes, attorneys will meet clients at off hours when necessary.

Will I have to go to court?

Depending on your matter, you may have to go to court.

What is the difference between a Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy?

A Chapter 7 bankruptcy is a straight liquidation of unsecured debt and generally takes 3-4 months.  A Chapter 13 bankruptcy is a reorganization of your debt and takes 36-60 months.

What are the different types of mediation?

We offer Family Law mediation with Nancy K. Brodzki, certified family mediator who is also a board certified family law attorney.  Her experience in family mediation is extensive.  She handles all types of family law mediation.

How do I know my immigration case will be accepted?

There are never any guarantees; however, our immigration acceptance has remained extremely high for 28 years.  We represent individuals and corporations who are filing for immigration services.

When is the right time to start planning for my estate and will?

The right time to start estate planning begins at an early age.  When children turn 18, it is time to start thinking about durable powers of attorney and health care proxy especially with today’s healthcare laws.
