The truth is, while it is actually way easier to get an answer after a representative in the immigration speaks with you directly, there are still quite a chunk of the requirements that must be satisfied first. One of which is that there must be a work offer placed and secured from a United States employer, and it must need at least a minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in a particular field or related field.
Not only that, the foreign applicant’s degree must be applicable to the position of the job being opened and the salary being offered must be level at the minimum prevailing wage for the position. This can only be done when the requirements have been successfully met.
