While it is true that getting a response after speaking with an immigration representative directly is much quicker, there are still a number of standards that must be met first. One of them is that a job offer must be made and accepted by a United States company, and it must require at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a specific or related profession.
It's not just that, but the foreigner petitioner's degree has to be relevant to the job opening's position, and the salary provided must be equal to the position that comes minimal current minimum wage. This is only possible if all of the prerequisites have been met.
