In the pool of requirements, it is noteworthy that the bachelor’s or advanced degree must come from an accredited university or college. The degree is needed to relate to the H1B specialty position. If the degree was acquired outside the United States, it must be equivalent to the degree from the United States.
Furthermore, work experience is not a requirement if one possesses a bachelor’s degree. This is so, because education requirements may be substituted with work experience. The current rule for the amount of accepted work experience is 1 year required of University which is equivalent to 3 years of work experience.
