Who are Qualified for L-1A and
L-1B Visas in the US?

L1 visas aren't for everyone, and you'll almost always require the help of an L1 Visa lawyer to file your case. Unfortunately, the only people who are eligible for these visas are personnel who will be transferred from a foreign subsidiary, branch, affiliate, or parent of a U.S. corporation and who:

• Having specific knowledge is a plus;
• Have the ability to perform executive or managerial functions;
• Has worked for at least one year in a row throughout the previous three years; and
• Has worked for the U.S. corporation's overseas subsidiary, branch, affiliate, or parent in that company.
