ABOUT Priscilla Encarnacion, Esquire
Ms. Encarnacion is an associate attorney at Brodzki Jacobs & Brook. Her practice focuses solely on immigration law. Ms. Encarnacion represents numerous companies in bringing professionals and other workers to the US on immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. Additionally, Ms. Encarnacion assists private individuals to obtain visas or citizenship in the U.S through the complicated immigration system. Ms. Encarnacion is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Originally from Hialeah, Florida, Ms. Encarnacion is a first-generation U.S. born citizen of Cuban immigrants who arrived to South Florida in the 1970s. Mrs. Encarnacion received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Florida State University with a major in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration. Ms. Encarnacion thereafter attended the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill’s School of Law in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where she obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2018.
Upon completing her legal studies, Ms. Encarnacion returned to South Florida to continue her work in serving the immigrant community both locally and internationally. Ms. Encarnacion currently lives in Coral springs, is married and her hobbies include travelling and puzzlemaking.
