There are really matters that are related to finances and shared property, and these may be included in a prenuptial agreement. On top of the benefits, a prenuptial agreement can also establish how the funds will be spent after the divorce, and this can be manifested in a clause stating whether one partner may be required to pay for the other's academic expenses.
