The Courts' Orders in the Divorce Case
There will be situations when the court will issue an order while the divorce settlement is still proceeding in order to protect the parties. The following are examples of some of the most frequent court orders:
- The parent or guardian of any minor child who has primary physical custody.
- A parenting plan or a short visiting plan for the non-custodial parent
- Child support or support pendente lite
- Spousal support over the internet;
- The partner who will have sole ownership of the marital residence;
- To exhibit unique assets as a party;
- The person who is responsible for paying debts and other commitments
